I ordered a dress from polclothing.com.au and, my quick way of judging these things is simple: if the tracking moves and the parcel shows up around when expected, I’m happy. In this case, delivery was pretty much on time. The tracking wasn’t lightning fast with updates, but it gave me enough to know things were moving.
The parcel arrived in good condition, and everything was there, so no complaints on that front. I probably would’ve liked one extra email update just for peace of mind, but overall it was a smooth enough experience and I’d say it passed the basic “did it arrive properly?” test.
